How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner and fill in your details. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

How do I subscribe?

After creating an account, click on "Subscribe Now" in your profile menu. Choose a plan that suits you and complete the payment process.

Watching Content

What devices can I watch on?

You can watch Luo Ancient on any device with a web browser, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. We also offer mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Can I download content for offline viewing?

Yes! Premium subscribers can download select movies and series to watch offline through our mobile apps.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your profile settings and click on "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile money payments through our secure payment gateway.
